aniMOweb Flash competition with a powerful theme

The aniMoweb competition is now in it's 4th edition. It's an international web animation contest and Flash Festival based in the province of Modena, Italy. The assigned theme for this years event is conflicts, the cult of war and the culture of peace.

aniMOweb is a festival revolving around the assigned theme, animation, video games, and Internet/interactive applications. The aniMoweb competition is special in the way it attracts international and local animation talent to the province of Modena. This picturesque venue is sponsored by (amongst others) the province itself. Beautiful scenerey, historical castles, romanesque art, great italian food and Flash! A good reason to go to Italy in February? The competition has cash prizes and several categories such as intros, short films and games.

"The concluding festival is planned for the month of February 2006, while the deadline for the submission of works is due for 30th November. Web creative people (animators, graphics designers, programmers) wishing to participate have then (4) months of time. If the time to create even complex intros is relatively short, much more time is needed to create short animated films or video games."
