Flash Advertising Alliance

You have propably had customers wanting Flash banners just to discover what a mess you made for yourself...

We have had that problem a dozen times ourselves, and the problem is always that the companies that host these ads (DoubleClick, 24/7, Engage, TargetNet and so on) doesn't know anything about 'rich media' or Flash. When you talk to them, you get the impression that this will all be a breeze, but as soon as you have made the banners and expect them to do their part, you'll hear excuses...

Macromedia wants more advertisers to use Flash, so now they've put up a section on their website devoted to this very thing. The key to this is the 'Macromedia Flash Tracking Kit'. The Macromedia Rich Media Advertising Resource Center contains all needed information, even tutorials on 'how to make a button' (believe me, it's really necessary to go to such a basic level!).

So... No more lousy excuses from DoubleClick and it's like. Just send them to the new pages at MM and let MM tell them how to do their job right...
