JPEG2SWF for webcams

Wouldnt it be cool? A flash movie displaying a live webcam picture? This is what Claus Wahlers thought of and solved.

Jpeg2SWF is a small server-side program that will convert Jpeg's to SWF format easily. The program can be setup to deliver complete SWF's as a response to a LoadMovie command, making it extremely easy to use. You'll of course need a webcam too that can output the Jpeg's and some knowledge about servers...

There's versions for windows (Beta) and Linux, but Claus is giving away the sourcecode as well, so if you need to tweak this program a bit, you're free to do so.
