KoolMoves 1.2

As the version number indicates, KoolMoves has obviously been out for a while, but it's not really well known. Now version 1.2 is out.

Koolmoves is a very reasonable, though simple, Flash-contender ($29.90) that can do many of the basic things in Flash, like text effects, skew, slant, rotate, add buttons, transparency, limited morphing and even do some vector editing.

The program was designed by a professional animator who teaches animation to children. It's distributed by Lucky Monkey Design and is sold off the web.

New in version 1.2 is support for gradient and bitmap fills. The tool can be a great way for youngsters to get into Flash, as the program is cheap and easy to use.
