Going to the Adobe MAX conference or the online Singularity 08 conference? This weekend is the last chance to get the low Early Bird pricing for both.
The Adobe MAX event (San Francisco, Nov 16-19) is where Adobe is expected to reveal more details of the upcoming versions of Flash and other CS4 software. It is also expected to be the first time we'll get to see Thermo more than just a brief demo. The amount of sessions is like no other event and Adobe expects more than 4000 attendees. Registering for MAX before the week's end will save you $200 off the regular price of $1495.
PS: if you have the debug version of the Flash Player installed, you may want to switch to a non-debug version or you'll be dismissing a lot of security sandbox errors on the MAX site...
Singularity08 (Globally, Oct 24-26) will be an event that people talk about for years. It'll be the first large online conference covering web technologies and the event is put on by Aral Balkan a well known figure in the Flash community. The Singularity tickets are way more modestly priced, but you won't need to travel to get to the conference. You can attend either from the comfort of your home or from one of the many conference hubs set up across the globe. The Early Bird tickets are only $99 and by adding another $100 your company could do like Flashmagazine - become a Micro-sponsor of the event.
