Macromedia Web World

During the 17th to the 20th of September, the Macromedia Web World conference will take place in San Francisco, USA.

For 4 whole days Macromedia will cover products, technologies and subjects like Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Shockwave, Dynamic Publishing, Usability and of course Flash. The Flash part of the conference runs over two days and features sessions with Eric Wittman, Michael Williams, Manuel Clement, Samuel Wan, Joe Sparks, Phillip Kerman and Jared Spool.

A lot of time has been set aside to Usability and Flash, emphasized by the appearance of Jared Spool, a researcher in Usability. He will speak about the secret of making Flash work - when Flash is the right presentation medium and when it isn't.

For those that have thought that the other conferences are expensive, don't look too close on the Macromedia Web World Conference prices. The whole package with access to all conferences during the 4 day conference is $1,595, while access to the two days Flash conference is $795 if you register now.
