Phillip, the guy behind Flashenabled.com is working on bringing Flash to the PDA's and want's you to take part in it.

The chart and stock information is served via generator. Flash based info channel configurator interface, technotes, multiple languages, multiple formats (swf / quicktime / wbmp) and personalized service coming soon.
