Nontzeflash is one of the major spanish Flash film festivals, suported by the Nontzeberri cultural web site and Bilbaos Fantastic Film Festival. Now it's time to get ready if you want to submit your animation to this years programme.
This years festival has no special theme, so you can submit pretty much anything for a stab at the prizes. The rules are simple: the animated films must be produced as SWF files and the file must be no bigger than 3Mb and no longer than 4 minutes. Registering is free and you only give out a non-exclusive right to show the cartoons on the festival site.
