The guys behind FlashJester, Jugglor and JTools have a new product called SlickTV Studio. So yet another projector tool? Yes and No. SlickTV is a little different than the others.
Using drag and drop, you can build Flash projectors, but also other kinds of applications. SlickTV will let you create your own skinnable internet browser (no programming required!), embed and install plugins, play back video, plug into WinAmp, change a machines wallpaper, design menus, auto-download updates and more.
SlickTV more like VisualBasic, but without the programming. The tool is also easy to learn. Just playing around and not reading any instructions, we were able to build a custom skinned browser (with transparency) in just 5 minutes. Need to build promotional apps? This could be the tool to get if you want to deliver them fast.
