Wildform Linx

Wildform has just announced Linx, a simple to use Flash editor with an easy to use WYSIWYG interface and drag and drop building of files.

Linx is intended for presentations, slide shows, product demonstrations, tutorials, banner ads, video & audio jukeboxes and edited Flash videos with captions & subtitles. Stuff like adding a preloader is a just a matter of dropping a control onto the timeline so this tool should be really easy to use. Linx will import images, audio, video and SWFs complete with ActionScript.

Linx do of course integrate nicely with Wildforms two other popular products, Flix and SWfX, for video and text effects. Wildform CEO, Jonathan Blank, commented, “There are many designers, developers and videographers who like to use Flash because of its dynamic animation and multimedia capabilities, but who lack the expertise required to make complex movies. They have been looking for a WYSIWYG editor that eliminates the need to use Load Movie and allows all SWF files to be imported, viewed, edited and manipulated on a timeline during the editing process. Linx accomplishes just that.”
