Both Dreamweaver MX 2004, Fireworks MX 2004 and Studio MX 2004 were also announced today. All tools pack a lot of new features and integration with Flash is even tighter.
Dreamweaver is totally reengineered from bottom up and now has strong support for CSS. Dreamweaver also constantly validates your document for several browsers while you're writing it, so you don't need to think too much about what features are supported on what browsers. Dreamweaver will alert you if a feature is not supported. Dreamweaver also ships with HALO interface elements and a lot of sample files based on CSS. These should give developers good ideas on how to rebuild table-based sites to CSS.
