12 days before the fun starts in Amsterdam, all tickets are now sold. Want to go to FITC Toronto in April? Just answer a simple question and you could be the lucky winner of a ticket to the event as well as a copy of O'Reilly's Programming Flex 3 or an exclusive Flashmagazine memory stick!
As last year, this years FITC Amsterdam will be at the classic and charming location from last year and it's sure to be packed as all tickets now are gone. "We are really thrilled to have another full house for FITC Amsterdam," say Shawn Pucknell, Founder of FITC and Executive Producer of FITC Amsterdam. "Last year was cookin’ but this year is going to be really hot!"
For those lucky people who are attending, FITC and Boulevart have developed a mobile content package that can be downloaded here. Boulevart and mobile partner eyeGT have also created an iPhone version of the event guide, which will be available through Apple’s Appstore and at http://m.fitc.ca. There will also be an award ceremony in Amsterdam , The Achtung! Über Flash Award sponsored by Amsterdam-based Interactive agency, Achtung! Click here for details and to submit.
It's been a while since we've hosted a competition so let's kick one off. The question you have to answer is simple - tell us the location/venue of the upcoming FITC events in Amsterdam and Toronto.
- The first prize is a ticket to FITC Toronto + a copy of Chafic Kazoun and Joey Lott's excellent book "Programming Flex 3" that we'll soon review here on Flashmagazine.
- The second prize winner will get a ticket to FITC Toronto + an exclusive 4Gb Flash(magazine) memory stick
The comptition is now closed and the winners were Henrik Hahn and Milos Roglic. Congratulations!
