According to the BugTraq mailing list, there may have been discovered a serious security flaw in the Flash Player.
Using an overflow exploit, one could possibly run harmful content at the users machine. (We heard about this from the great site of Phresh.de)
According to the finder of the flaw, Neal Krawetz, Macromedia has been notified about this quite a while ago, but no actions have been taken. In response to this, Neal posted the problem to the BugTraq mailing list 29th december.
