Help the 5K Awards

The 5K Awards is all about making light weight web content that has to be less than 5 KB. This year a lot of the entries was done in Flash MX

You can help the 5K Awards by rating some of the 366 entries that was submitted this year, a lot of those were Flash MX content - ranging from multiplayer games to animation applications!

We think that the Flash MX games and applications really show off the power of Flash over DHTML in making lightweight and highly portable applications. When trying some of the games made in DHTML we had trouble using one of the most common browser on the net today, while we didn't have any problem with any of the Flash content.
