MM-Exporter - back up your Macromedia software

MM-Exporter is a free utility offered by Team Macromedia member Jorg Schmalenberger that will back up all those hard-to-get-to files for Flash, Dreamweaver and Contribute.

Let us start by saying this first: this is not software by Macromedia. Team Macromedia member Jorg Schmalenberger saw the need for something like this and made it himself. The software is not all that user friendly. The help files are only in german and the program has some hickups, but it's free so what can you expect?

What it does it does with style. Ever tried to locate your Dreamweaver site definitions to back up all those precious passwords and settings? Not only for Dreamweaver, but also for all flavors of Flash and Contribute. This tool will locate all the hard to find files and settings and back them up to a custom folder. This backup can then be restored in the case of a machine crash. Really nifty!
